

Robert Pringle is a senior partner in the law firm of Thelen Reid & Priest LLP in its San Francisco office. He chairs the firm's Antitrust and Competition Practice Group nationwide.
Following graduation from Duke University School of Law, a clerkship on the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and an assistant professorship with the School of Business, Pennsylvania State University (State College, Pa.), he joined his present firm. His practice includes serving as counsel to a number of Fortune 200 and Global 500 companies. Mr. Pringle has been counsel to the board of directors of one of the nation's largest international agricultural production and marketing companies for over 20 years, has counseled numerous companies with regard to mergers and acquisitions and collaborative joint venture research and output transactions. He has worked with many diverse industries, including the electronic and semiconductor, grocery, computer, financial institutions, industrial chemical, agricultural and gaming industries.
Mr. Pringle is a Lifetime Member of the Board of Visitors of Duke University School of Law. He has been listed in Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in America, Chambers USA's America's Leading Lawyers for Business, and Best Lawyers in
the United States.
